Brand: US Wellness Brand


My Role: Led strategy, design, and execution, collaborating with marketing and sales teams 


Challenge: New field leaders and affiliates had no structured onboarding, resulting in slow ramp-up, inconsistent engagement, and unclear expectations. 


Solution:

  • Designed a 30-day email onboarding flow delivering actionable guidance, resources, and community prompts
  • Created a program that was human, scalable, and eliminated the need for live onboarding calls while maintaining engagement


Results:

  • Sustained an impressive 64% average open rate across the 30-day series, well above industry benchmarks.

My Role: Designed and delivered structured onboarding and training programs for field teams and professional partners.

My Role: Designed and executed recurring events, leading both strategy and delivery, and coaching field leaders 


Challenge: Field leaders and sellers lacked consistent training, motivation, and recognition, leading to uneven performance, disengagement, and missed adoption of programs.


Solution:
Designed evergreen virtual and in-person events that combined weekly training, strategy coaching, and incentive programs to drive ongoing engagement and results. Key components included:

  • Weekly training calls and coaching sessions to provide tools, strategies, and actionable insights.
  • Incentive events to celebrate all achievers and reinforce sales goals.
  • Content creation opportunities at in-person events to empower sellers and amplify brand reach.
  • Pre- and post-event communications via email and MMS to build anticipation, reinforce learning, and maintain momentum

My Role: Led go-to-market strategy, cross-functional campaign execution, and creative direction
